Kenneth H Cohen M.D., F.A.C.C. Founded the practice in 1987 with the late Dr Mark J. Friedman. Internal Medicine residency at Long Island Jewish 1981-1984 where he served as Chief Medical Resident in 1986. Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at SUNY Downstate in 1986. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Cardiovascular Disease/Nuclear Cardiology. Special interest in Echocardiography, Valvular Heart Disease, Coronary Heart Disease and Bariatric Medicine.
Ronald D. D’Agostino D.O., F.A.C.C., F.A.C.P. Joined the practice in 1993. Internal Medicine residency at Long Island Jewish 1986-1989, where he served as Chief Medical Resident in 1992. Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship at Long Island Jewish in 1989-1992. Board certified in Internal Medicine/Cardiovascular Disease/Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography and Vascular Diagnostic Testing. James Hess D.O., C.C.D. Joined the practice in 2007. Internal Medicine Residency at Basset Hospital (Cooperstown, NY) 2000-2003. Endocrinology Fellowship at SUNY Stonybrook 2003-2005. Board Certified in Endocrinology. Special interests include Diabetes, Diabetes Type 2, Gestational Diabetes, Obesity, Thyroid Disorders, Adrenal Disorders, Lipid Disorders, and Endocrine Hypertension Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

We are also actively involved in the teaching programs at our local hospitals and medical schools. In this capacity we teach medical students, residents, nurses and physician assistants.
