When you schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, we reserve that time exclusively for you, to be sure that your concerns about your care are fully satisfied. We do understand, that on occasion, an unforeseen circumstance may arise, necessitating he cancellation of a scheduled appointment. However, if you know that you will be unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. Your consideration will allow us to offer that appointment time to another patient who needs to see the physician. We do understand that certain circumstances may not allow 24 hours notice, in which case, contacting us on the day of the appointment will be greatly appreciated.
